I was supposed to meet up with a friend this morning at 5:30. “Supposed” being the key word there. I slept through my own alarm clock and didn’t wake up UNTIL 5:30 when my boyfriend’s alarm went off. I could have said “ahh F it, I already missed the boat” and rolled over to go back to sleep, but I didn’t. Most of that had to do with the fact that my poor friend already was waiting for me and I felt like a complete jerk being this late!
I arrived about 15 minutes late to our clubhouse and we rocked a KenpoX and ab workout. So, if you’re feeling lazy on this dreary Friday, keep your motivation up and think about how great you’ll feel knowing you completed your workout, and how bad you’ll feel knowing you took the easy way out if you skip it!
